Ludan Lai is the founder and principal of Feathersup Advisory to build a distinguished Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm. With a passion deeply rooted in helping small business owners achieve their financial goals, Ludan has dedicated her career to providing customized wealth management and small business M&A solutions.

Before starting Feathersup Advisory, Ludan witnessed firsthand the destruction caused by fraud as an employee of a real estate private equity firm. This inspired her to form an even more transparent and ethical financial advisory practice, that is, Feathersup Advisory.

Ludan’s background is as eclectic as it is remarkable. She has an undergraduate degree in architecture and years of experience managing the construction business owned by her family. The architectural training instilled in her thorough attention to detail and her creative approach to solving problems, while her construction background equipped her with a deep knowledge of the challenges of handling a business.

Designed for enlightenment and empowerment of the next generation of wealth builders, Ludan has written her book specifically for young investors. She arms young investors with the information and tools they need to navigate their financial landscape with confidence and integrity using practical financial advice with real-world stories of success and perseverance.
